Oui, les mairies, tribunaux et notaires français exigent une traduction réalisée par un traducteur inscrit sur la liste d'une cour d'appel, jointe à l'original légalisé. L'orthographe des noms doit correspondre exactement au passeport et à l'acte d'état civil, faute de quoi le dossier est renvoyé.
